We offer complimentary staging and decluttering and minor repair services. When the project is larger than the two of us, we hire and manage the process on your behalf. We work with only the most talented and ethical professionals. We are your handyperson/staging/Realtor all in one. It’s our goal to help you get the most money out of the sale of your home as possible.

Construction Expertise

Does your home need some work? If so, you are not alone. We all get busy, and these repairs can start stacking up quickly. We have a hands-on contractor with experience building homes from the ground up. This allows us to offer you a complimentary handyman service. If the project is larger, we’ll manage the project and ensure you get a good value within your budget.

Once we’ve worked with you to repair, declutter and stage your home, we bring in a professional photographer to capture all the best angles and lighting to show your home in the best way possible.
